What is the difference between rubbish clearance and house clearance?

Rubbish clearance removes unwanted items and waste, such as bulky furniture, garden waste or a pile of bags. House clearance empties a whole property, usually including furniture, appliances and personal belongings. If you need one or two rooms emptied, either can work; for a full property use house clearance.
